Chablis baby! I decided to follow Ray Isle’s “wtf drink the cellar” Instagram advice and pulled this 2013 Domaine Dampt 2013 Chablis Premier Cru from my wine fridge.

There is something about the steely, nervy, citrusy, minerally deliciousness of Chablis that gets me every time. This wine has notes of lemon, lime, tangerine, green apple, tiny touch of honey, and rocky chalk.

Picked this up from Somm Select, one of my go-to online wine shops.
